Practicing Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga chikitsa- meditating according to the instructions of yoga chiktsa will bring back the energy to the body that restores health in case of illness.

Nadi shodna- the breathing exercises improves the blood circulation, clean the veins and arteries to avoid blockage in the path of blood flow which can be fatal. Moreover keeping the nervous system effective and efficient.

The other asthira asanas provides you with humbleness, glow, improved insight, strength, flexibility by getting rid of impurities in the body.
